An exciting opportunity exists to join a high-performing team in the commercial property sector. We are a market-leading operator delivering specialty property services across multiple property segments with a strong focus on leasing in the CBD and service agreements in Education, Retail, Travel and Health sectors.

 

In this role you will be exposed to leasing, acquiring, and dealing with a variety of landlords and stakeholders including institutional owners and of private ownership of varying sorts.

 

Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have an excellent platform to develop quickly in a dynamic operating environment.

 

THE ROLE

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and lateral thinking Business Development Executive to be based in our Adelaide office. This newly created position will assume responsibility for new business growth and retention of the existing portfolio.

 

You will be working in a supportive, hard-working, approachable and successful team and reporting to the General Manager Commercial, the primary objectives of this role are:

 

  • Identify, evaluate, recommend and pursue business opportunities for the business
  • Preparation and coordination of high quality and accurate tender responses and quotations
  • Assist in due diligence materials to support leasing opportunities
  • Prepare and analyse business data
  • Preparation and production of market intelligence material
  • Building strong and lasting business relationships with clients and peers

 

 

This role will best suit a candidate looking for an interesting and dynamic day-to-day, with opportunities to learn, develop and progress through one of Australia’s leading commercial property companies.

 

ABOUT YOU

To be successful and thrive in this position, you will have: 

  • Tertiary qualification (preferably in a relevant field such as Business, Property or Economics)
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Engaging personality with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, with both local and interstate teams
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a self-sufficient manner
  • A high standard of professional personal presentation
  • Eager to learn, progress and grow with a dynamic business
  • Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel
