ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Corporate Concierge, and Gatehouse positions
• Location(s) – Adelaide CBD, Southern and Northern Suburbs
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual positions available
• 12-hour shifts
• Level 4 guarding rates
• Onsite parking available at some locations     

Wilson Security is expanding in Adelaide, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the whole of SA.  This growth has created new roles within our Adelaide team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing strong Customer Service to tenants, visitors, contractors & client
• Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems and Work Order Systems
• Experience with fire panels is essential
• Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
• Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
• Providing support to tenants and client
• Managing contractors and deliveries
• Responding to emergency situations
• Ad-hoc duties

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a 24/7 roster
• Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
• Previous experience in Corporate Concierge security role
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV}
• Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
• Valid SA Security License
• Current First Aid
