THE POSITION


We currently have multiple positions available for Customer Service Representatives working on a rotating roster.

  • Casual opportunities in Adelaide
  • Afternoon shifts: 12:00PM – 9:00PM
  • Overnight shifts: 9:00PM – 5:00AM

 


This position will work closely with South Australian Operations team including Customer Care & Parkwatch in providing customer service in the field, safety provisions, health checks and maintaining carpark equipment of designated sites within the branch portfolio during the hours of your designated roster.

 

 

The position is a field support conduit for Operations Supervisors, Area Operations Managers, Portfolio Managers and Senior Business Managers to provide a physical presence in car parks when required to ensure customer service, health checks and equipment servicing/integrity is performed when required.

 

 


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

Your friendly and hardworking nature will play a major role in your success. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in car park operations or a similar technical role
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Strong understanding of car park equipment and systems (hardware and software), with ability to carry out basic technical repairs
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in a customer service–focused environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of and commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS/OH&S) procedures
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with staff, clients, contractors and customers
  • Good local area knowledge
  • Excellent driving record

 


Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
