• Permanent Part Time / Full Time
• 24/7 availability 
• Weekday / Night and weekend shifts available
• Minimum 35 hours per week (approximately)

Wilson Security is expanding in Adelaide securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of Adelaide.  This growth has created new roles within our Adelaide team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prioritize family-oriented, safety-first management practices
• Deliver strong customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
• Perform gatehouse duties and monitor CCTV and access control systems
• Conduct building patrols, reporting and mitigating security and safety risks
• Identify and report hazards and building faults for resolution
• Provide support to tenants and facilities management
• Oversee contractor and delivery management through dock operations
• Respond to emergency situations and manage contractors
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
• Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
• Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
• Previous experience in Retail and Shopping centre settings (highly desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
• Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
• Valid SA Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
• Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
