About the Role: Car Park Supervisor

Are you a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Car Park Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our busy facility. In this role, you will be crucial to ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient experience for our customers while fostering a positive and productive environment for your team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and Manage Staff: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of car park attendants to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to all procedures.
• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day running of the car park, including traffic flow, parking enforcement, and cleanliness.
• Maintain Equipment: Conduct daily checks and perform minor maintenance on parking machines, gates, and other equipment.
• Handle Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes, resolving issues calmly and effectively.
• Ensure Safety and Security: Conduct regular patrols to identify and address safety hazards or security concerns.
• Manage Administration: Handle cash deposits, monitor revenue, and maintain accurate records and reports.

About You

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor, preferably in a car park or similar environment.
• A current NZ driver's license.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of parking regulations and enforcement procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing a small team.
