About the role:
We have permanent full-time opportunities to join our Auckland team where we need applications to fill the role of a Field Services Officer. Predominately you will be covering NCR operations however there is other associated work that you may do . Predominantly you will be responsible for ensuring New Zealand ATM fleet is online and operational, in this role you will be mobile throughout Auckland, deployed to different ATM sites throughout that repairs or servicing. This may include money jams, printer jams, card reader faults or more technical computer errors.
As part of this role you could also be tasked with attend to people in the community serving non-custodial sentences via electronic monitoring equipment to ensure that they are correctly installed and the equipment is working properly, you will attend to locations such as courts, prisons and residential locations, as required to conduct these installs or call outs. You will be our first point of contact for any equipment failure, alert activations and you will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly.
This is an exciting fast-paced role where no 2 days will be the same.

About the role:
- Monday to Sunday
- $24.00 base hourly rate
- Rostered shifts days and nights – 24/7 rotating roster (10-hour shifts).
- Hours of work – weekly rotating roster

What we need you to have:

- Ability to handle stress and pressure
- Physical fitness
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet quickly in challenging environments
- Be confident in managing and resolving conflict
- Be able to work individually or as part of a team
- Have excellent personal presentation
- A clean current full NZ Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
- A COA license or the ability to obtain one (we can assist you with this!)
