We're looking for a Parking Concierge to join our team in Auckland.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence (Class 1)
- Confidence driving a variety of vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver a premium customer experience
- Manage valet parking operations, including vehicle check-in and retrieval
- Safely move and park customer vehicles
- Maintain accurate key control and vehicle records
- Assist with traffic flow and parking operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented site
- Report maintenance, safety, or operational issues as required
