Wilson Parking New Zealand is on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Auckland team.

This is a field-based role where you’ll be actively generating sales, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales to drive revenue across our permanent parking sites. If you’re passionate about door-to-door sales, building customer relationships, and hitting targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Door-to-door sales: Proactively visit businesses to pitch our parking solutions and generate new leads.
• Outbound sales: Conduct calls and follow-ups to convert leads into long-term customers.
• Identify and build relationships with local businesses, assessing their parking needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Track sales activity, progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Provide ongoing support to existing customers to maintain strong, long-term relationships.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in door-to-door sales or a similar role, ideally within a service-based industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software.
• A tertiary qualification in Property, Marketing, Sales or a related field is a plus.
