We’re now looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our Northern Sales Team based in Auckland. This role is all about driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and maximising revenue across the region.

About the Role

You’ll lead a talented team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, optimising pricing and promotions, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding experiences to our customers and clients.

Working closely with our Commercial, Operations and Marketing teams, you’ll help shape regional strategy, streamline sales processes, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both performance and profitability.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across the Northern region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, and landlords
• Drive business growth through new product development and strategic pricing
• Review and refine sales and administration processes to improve efficiency
• Analyse data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure timely, solutions-focused responses to customer enquiries

About You

You’re a natural leader with a commercial mindset and a passion for customer service. You thrive in a dynamic environment and bring strong communication, analytical, and people management skills. You’ll have:

• Proven experience leading a sales or customer-focused team

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
• Confidence working with data and systems to drive business results
• A proactive, adaptable and customer-led approach to leadership
