The position in MACKAY:

 

The role entails overseeing the commercial performance of designated parking facilities, ensuring a seamless balance between exceptional customer service and impeccable car park presentation. Additionally, it involves delivering top-tier service to stakeholders through effective management of personnel, facilities, and equipment. The primary focus is on optimizing revenue streams while upholding stringent accountability controls.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

* Lead the carpark team through day-to-day operations and procedures.
* Assist with tailoring rosters to meet the carparks needs.
* Assist Carpark Manager with Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting.
* Fielding customer complaints.
* Stakeholder engagement with client(s) and contractors.
* Customer Service.
* Assist with training new staff.


Role requirements:

 

* Previous customer service experience (ideally in retail environments, call centre operations, or other customer service industries)
* Experience in leadership roles preferred.
* Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
* Ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Good computer literacy skills.
* Full Driver's licence with excellent driving skills
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A willingness to learn and grow with the company

 

Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
