• Location: Brisbane CBD
• Full Time Role
• 24/7 Rotating Shifts
• 76+ Hours Fortnightly

Wilson Security is expanding in Queensland, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors & tenants
• Utilise advanced CCTV and Access Control Systems
• Actively report and mitigate Safety & Security risks
• Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
• Providing Loading Dock services on a large scale
• Responding to emergency situations
• Co-ordinate facility management tasks
• Premium-grade asset management

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Willing to support and step up as required
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
• Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
• Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
