THE POSITION

We currently have positions available for Customer Care & Safety Duty Managers working on a rotating roster across Queensland.

  • Employment Type: Casual opportunities with the potential to transition to Full-Time

  • Location: Brisbane CBD

  • Roster: 5-day roster across Monday to Sunday

 

 

As the Customer Care & Safety Duty Manager, you'll support the Queensland Operations team by overseeing day-to-day car park operations across multiple sites. You'll provide a visible field presence, ensure exceptional customer service, conduct safety patrols, maintain equipment, lead and mentor the Customer Care & Safety team, and work closely with Area Operations Managers to implement operational priorities and report on site performance.

 

 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Providing high-level customer service

· Demonstrating visible leadership to Customer Care & Safety team members and field staff

· Providing direction and support to field teams

· Resolving car park equipment issues

· Maintaining day-to-day site operational continuity

· Conducting mobile safety patrols

· Completing internal, perimeter and site safety inspections

· Responding to operational and event-related incidents as required

 

 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Previous customer service experience (ideally in retail environments, call centre operations, or other customer service industries)

· Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

· Eligibility to work in Australia

· Full driver's licence with excellent driving skills

· Experience working in a busy environment

· Strong computer literacy

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· A willingness to learn and grow with the company

 

 


Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.

In addition to standard Award Employment Conditions, you will receive uniforms, appropriate training and free parking when working.
