ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Location: Various locations across the Brisbane Region
• Part Time Opportunities available
• Only Evening shifts
• 6-8 hr shifts - 5+ Days a week 
• SSIA Level 2 + Supervisors allowance

Wilson Security is expanding in Brisbane, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of Queensland.  This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

As a Supervisor, this role will oversee the operations and performance of our teams on shift. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure effective supervision of the onsite security team. This role requires high level communication skills as it will see you liaising directly with external and internal stakeholders, maintaining adequate and effective coverage throughout the site and accurate completion of all reports.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Risk identification and issue resolution.
• Report writing.
• Vehicle patrolling
• Coordinating a Patrol team
• General customer service
• Responding to emergency Call outs
• Liaising with Health and Emergency services
• Asset and client Protection

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Unrestricted Queensland driver’s licence
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to commit to Regular evening work.  
• Experience working autonomously.
• Current Qld Security Licence and First Aid Certificate
• Experience managing a team (highly desirable)
• Good level of physical fitness
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Well-presented and spoken.
• Great communication skills
