We are looking for licensed guards to work in the following areas, in various industries and roles!!

• STATIC SECURITY OFFICERS
• MOBILE PATROL OFFICERS
• LOSS PREVENTION OFFICERS
• CONTROL ROOM OPERATORS

 ABOUT THE ROLES AVAILABLE:

• Location: Various locations across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Toowoomba
• Full Time/Part Time & Casual Opportunities available
• Weekday and weekend shifts available
• 4 - 12 hour shifts available
• Pay level specific to site (up to Level 5)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH ANY OF THE BELOW:

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
• Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
• Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
• Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
• Crowd Control endorsement and own transport will be highly desirable
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES MIGHT INCLUDE (depending on the role you choose!):

• Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
• Gatehouse duties
• Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
• Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
• Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
• Providing support to tenants and Facilities
• Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
• Responding to emergency situations
• Contractor management duties
• Ad-hoc duties
• Event Security
