Operations Manager – Field Services - Christchurch

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Christchurch team. This role is responsible for ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard through strong frontline leadership, customer focus, and operational coordination.

About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations of our day and night patrol teams, support frontline teams, and ensure we continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and supporting frontline teams
- Ensuring service delivery meets customer and contractual requirements
- Managing operational issues, incidents, and escalations
- Supporting workforce coordination and service coverage
- Maintaining compliance, health & safety, and operational standards
- Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Driving team performance and continuous improvement
- Supporting efficient and cost-effective service delivery
What You’ll Bring

You will have:
- Experience leading operational teams
- Background in security, facilities, logistics, transport, or a similar service environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems
- Experience improving team performance and service outcomes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence
