Parking Enforcement Services | Christchurch
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Lead – Southern to lead our Parking Enforcement Services operations across the South Island. Based in Christchurch, this full-time leadership role is responsible for operational performance, workforce management, compliance, stakeholder relationships, and service delivery across multiple sites.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager - Southern, you will lead Shift Supervisors and Field Officers to ensure high-quality parking enforcement services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with company and contractual standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day parking enforcement operations across the South Island
- Managing rostering, staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and performance
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, Health & Safety, and legislation
- Managing operational reporting, budgets, vehicles, and resources
- Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years’ management experience in parking enforcement, compliance, field operations, security, or a similar industry
- Experience in the parking industry or similar role.
- Strong leadership, operational planning, and people management skills
- Experience with rostering, reporting systems, and workforce coordination
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and employment legislation
- Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence required
Hours & Salary
- Full-time permanent role – minimum 40 hours per week
- Salary range: $68,000 - $70,000 per annum depending on experience
