THE POSITION

We are seeking Loss Prevention Security Officers for Renowned Retail Giants. The ideal candidates will have a strong customer service focus and level of professionalism. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Providing high-quality front-line customer service and support;
• Risk identification and issue resolution;
• Working within a team environment;
• The ability and confidence to work on your own;
• General security duties including administration tasks;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certification within the following areas

• Excellent customer service skills;
• Previous Experience is highly desirable;
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);
• Ability to work a rotating roster;
• First Aid Qualification;
• Strong report writing and computer skills;
• Professional personal presentation;
• Exceptional work attendance.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 1-2 years as Loss Prevention Security Officer;
• A current and valid WA Security Licence
• Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia;
• Intermediate computer literacy.
