ABOUT THE ROLE:

* Location: All over Melbourne

* Armed security roles (You must have an armed security license-VIC)

* Multiple locations available

Wilson Security is expanding in Victoria, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of Victoria. This growth has created new roles within our VIC team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends (24/7 availability) & flexibility to work as a Reliever across multiple sites
* Excellent customer service skills
* Be a lateral thinker in solving issues that may arise
* Have an understanding of communication lines and chain of command
* Have an understanding of emergency and alarm response protocols including fire systems
* Protect and maintain security & integrity of building and infrastructure
* Submit electronic or paper incident and hazard reports
* Be well presented and well-spoken
* Have good IT skills

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

* Current Victorian Security Licence and First Aid Certificate

*Armed security license
