We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an Assistant Facility Manager.

Wilson Storage offers secure self-storage, packaging, office, and training space solutions throughout Victoria, New South Wales, and Tasmania. Our exceptional customer service and state-of-the-art facilities distinguish us in the industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our rapidly expanding self-storage portfolio. We have an opening for a Assistant Facility Manager at our Facility in Launceston working Part Time 24 hours a week Wednesday to Saturday.

Key Duties include: 

  • Delivering excellence in customer service
  • Driving sales performance
  • Effective management of the Facility including Business Hub services
  • Maintaining high quality presentation standards

Skills and requirements:

  • Customer service, retail / bulky goods industry, logistics, small business experience (beneficial)
  • Strong sales and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Polite manner, friendly and confidence with face-to-face customer service
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and are results-driven
  • Professional presentation, work ethic and behaviour
  • Well organised & use of initiative
  • Competent in general computer skills

 

About you:

Suitable candidates will have some experience in customer service and sales, retail / bulky goods, small business and logistics; proven organisational, system, administration skills and the ability to work both cooperatively within a team and autonomously as required.
