The Business Support Administrator – National delivers high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Wilson Security CEO, the role supports executives, teams, and stakeholders, with a strong focus on organisation, responsiveness, and customer service to keep operations running efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support across business units, including maintaining meeting rooms, managing office supplies, and coordinating catering for events and training.
  • Assist executive leaders (EA, CCO, COO) with diary management, meeting coordination, travel bookings, and expense processing in Concur.
  • Coordinate team meetings, internal events, and support the delivery of service awards and conferences.
  • Prepare and process key documents, including board papers, monthly reports, and incoming invoices.
  • Oversee office facilities needs, liaise with building management, and maintain access card and car park registers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate travel for office-based and field staff.

 

 

To be successful in this role, you will require:

 

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• High-level administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Strong analytical and decision-making capability
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in general office administration (essential)
• Experience using Concur (desirable)
• Experience managing calendars and diaries (desirable)
