In this newly created role the Change, Training and Communications lead will setup within Wilson Group an exciting and challenging way forward with our strategic Workforce Management (WFM) platform. You will be able to demonstrate change on a page for a WFM project, a communications strategy and a track record of managing and delivering training.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Change, Training and Communications leader within Project Pinnacle (Workforce Management (WFM) solution for all Wilson Group businesses) will run all change, training and communications within the project working collaboratively with internal and external project stakeholders.
This role will develop a fit-for-purpose change strategy and supporting plans, including the communications, change and training plan, understanding not just the theory but also how to execute and implement the approved documents.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders when there are required variations to the plan, ensuring high levels of adoption, and effective transition to a business-as-usual state. Throughout the project, you will be responsible for continual improvement to the product, implementation plan and stakeholder engagement. You will drive and monitor the uptake and adoption of the workforce management tool.
This role is to be on a fixed-term basis starting February 2025 through to December 2026.
Key Accountabilities:
- Change Management
- Manage and update the impact of change on all personas affected by the WFM implementation.
- Set up and manage the Stakeholder matrix and advise on Change Impact to relevant Project Working Groups.
- Create frameworks and methods to monitor, gauge, adapt and action Users adoption of the WFM solution.
- Develop and maintain the Change Impact Statement understanding both internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and monitor the Change Impact Assessment and remediation plan.
- Execution of planned strategies at an enterprise-wide scale.
- Assess the effect of change and the preparedness of the organisation to reduce possible risk.
- Communications
- Develop, execute and oversee communications, whether internal or external, that effectively promote and describe the project, change and implementation strategy of the project.
- Work with the Change and Comms Analyst on key communication tasks.
- Discuss and negotiate the key communication deliverables, dates, and impacted audience with the Project Manager.
- Develop key messaging and communication material.
- Manage Project front page for company-wide news and internal updates.
- Training
- Manage the workload for all trainers including Operational SME’s resources based on training demands.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders the setup of the Knowledge Management environment and governance.
- Develop the training strategy for all Users.
- Ability to run and facilitate training both face-to-face and remote.
- Leadership
- Manage the team in the delivery of excellence in training, documentation of training, digital learning (inclusive of strategies) and communications.
- Instil in all internal and external team members a culture of change.
- Encourages and facilitates the questioning of solutions and options from others.
- Actively listens and escalates any issues proactively.
