ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

  • Location: Essendon Fields
  • Full Time 12 Month Fixed Term with a possibility of an extension
  • Monday - Friday
  • Potential earnings up to 100k plus super

 

 

The Change and Communications Analyst role will support the Change, Training and Comms Lead in coordinating all communication and change tasks associated with the Pinnacle Project implementation.

 

This role will support and administer a fit-for-purpose change strategy and supporting plans, including communications and change initiatives.    

 

 

 

This role is to be on a fixed-term basis starting March 2025 through to March 2026.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Change Management

 

  • Assist with supporting stakeholders to “engage, adopt and use” the new technology and processes.  
  • Implement a repetitive process for deployment of the Change Plan. 
  • In conjunction with the Change, Training and Comm lead the creation and management for each release Change Impact Statement, implementing mitigation tactics, strategies, and owners to resolve gaps.  
  • Provide hands-on support and governance strategies during each “hyper-care” phase to help sustain the Project Pinnacle outcomes, enabling the business to realise the benefits.  
  • Promote and educate the role and value of Change Management within the organisation. 

 

Communications

 

  • Liaise between the Change, Training and Comms Lead and Operational stakeholders to update and maintain communication artefacts to support execution of the Communications Schedule. 
  • Ensure materials produced are inclusive and accessible in appropriate secure environments.  
  • Distribute Communications as per schedule, managing feedback on all Communications.

 

Stakeholder Management

 

  • Support the Change, Training and Comms lead with Stakeholder Engagement, communicating potential risks and issues. 
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders the setup of the Knowledge Management environment and governance.
  • Assist with implementation of the training strategy for all Users.
  • Assist with running and facilitating training both face-to-face and remotely.

 

Training

  • Assist with delivery of training to key stakeholders and field staff.
  • Coordination of all training dates and workshops, monitoring attendance and uptake of the solution. 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for Online Learning requirements and delivery.

 

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent administration and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create polished presentations.
  • Experience in pulling together training materials or toolbox sessions.
  • Capability to facilitate engaging training sessions with staff as required.
  • A background in projects, with a preference for experience in Time and Attendance systems or HRIS.
