About the Role 

Join our dynamic ParkWatch team as a Customer Service Officer and be the voice of Wilson Parking. You’ll play a critical role in supporting customers across our national network, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. 

 
 
This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you’ll handle a high volume of calls, assist customers via intercom and phone, and troubleshoot issues in real time. If you thrive on problem-solving and delivering outstanding service, this is the role for you. 

 

 

  • Location: Melbourne CBD 

  • Roster: Rotating 7 am to 9 pm Monday to Sunday including Public Holiday 

  • Salary of up to 64k per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities 

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls and intercom requests promptly and professionally. 

  • Assist customers with parking enquiries, prepay reservations and fault reporting. 

  • Monitor car parks and escalate issues to the team leader when required. 

  • Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer issues efficiently. 

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, payment processing, and car park setup. 

  • De-escalate customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 

  • Adhere to company policies and maintain high service standards. 

 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy. 

  • Resilience and calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting. 

  • Positive attitude and determination to see issues through to resolution. 

  • Flexibility to work rotating 7 am to 9 pm Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.
