We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSW Systems Advisor to join the Wilson Group HSE team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting and enhancing our Health, Safety and Wellbeing systems, helping drive continuous improvement across one of Australia's leading integrated service providers.
Working closely with the Group HSE team and stakeholders across the business, you'll provide expert support in HSW systems management, reporting, process improvement and business initiatives. You'll also help maintain and enhance our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring our policies, procedures and systems remain aligned with business needs, legislative requirements and ISO standards.

Duties will include:
- Support and continuously improve Wilson Group's Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Management Systems, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and ISO standards.
- Manage and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS), including policies, procedures, tools and templates.
- Lead HSW systems improvement initiatives, projects and change management activities across the business.
- Administer and maintain HSW systems, including GRC, online hazard reporting and driver safety (Dashcam) platforms.
- Coordinate system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user support and guidance.
- Analyse HSW data and produce reports that support business performance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate internal HSW audits and support external audit activities, ensuring effective implementation of recommendations.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to embed best practice HSW processes and drive a positive safety culture.
- Support the development and delivery of HSW programs, training initiatives and leadership capability.
- Develop safety communications, including incident and safety alerts, to promote awareness and proactive risk management.
- Build strong relationships across the business, providing expert advice and support on HSW systems, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HSE, Risk Management, Compliance or Quality.
- Experience administering, testing and supporting business systems, with exposure to system improvements and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management principles and ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into practical system and process improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience preparing reports, documentation and business insights to support decision-making.
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
