The Project Delivery Support will support the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and HR roadmap initiatives.

Duties will include:

• Project coordination and delivery support for HRIS initiatives
• Supporting implementation and enhancement activities across SAP SuccessFactors
• Assisting with project planning, tracking, and governance activities
• Supporting UAT coordination and implementation readiness
• Engaging with HR, IT, and business stakeholders across ANZ

To be successful in this role, you will require:

•  Strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience is essential, particularly in relation to HR data model, workflows, and system enhancements
• This is a key focus area for the role, including supporting significant uplift activities such as transitioning New Zealand onto SAP SuccessFactors workflows
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors People Profile and Onboarding 2.0 modules
• Strong HR / HRIS functional background (not a technical specialist role)
• Experience supporting HRIS enhancements and HR system implementations
• Project coordination or HR project delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills

Highly Regarded Experience:

• Experience with SAP SF Position Management within Employee Central
• Experience with SAP SF Reporting & People Analytics
