The role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Security Service and Installation Technician to join our security team in SA. 

 

Duties will include:

• Monitor and maintain performance of equipment, systems and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage all on site installations as identified in the solution scope ensuring the solution is delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain sound knowledge of software and hardware programs and infrastructure to provide relevant support
• Manage client Asset fleets in accordance with Service Delivery performance levels
• Provide comprehensive and timely reports where required to the client and management
• Adhere to Company & client Emergency Management Plan, Incident Response Plan, Business Continuity Plan, Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Assignment Instructions
• Outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated and reliable

To be successful in this role; you will require:

• 1+ years’ experience working in a similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of electronic information management systems, networking, infrastructure, and security systems
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards relating to Australian and relevant International jurisdictions
• Demonstrated experience in working with sensitive and confidential information
• Demonstrated experience in software and hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
• High level computer literacy 
• . Certificate III or Higher in a Technical Field (ICT, Systems, Security Installation, Telecommunications,  Electrical)
• Open Cabler License
• Security License – Installers Certification
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• White Card
• Working at Heights
• Elevated Work Platform ticket
• Confined Space
• Platform Certifications (Inner Range, Genetec, Axis, Command, Aiphone, Cisco)
