We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our Rotorua branch. This is a key leadership role, responsible for team performance, workforce planning, and day-to-day operational delivery.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll lead a team of security professionals, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You'll oversee rostering, training, incident response, and quality assurance while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

*Lead and support team performance and development
*Manage rosters, recruitment, onboarding, and training
*Drive high standards of service delivery and safety
*Monitor Health and Safety as well as licensing requirements
*Handle escalations and ensure compliance with policies and legislation
*Identify and implement process improvements

What You’ll Bring

*Proven experience leading teams in operational environments
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*Strong initiative, flexibility, and ethics
*Familiarity with workforce planning and service delivery KPIs
*A current NZ Certificate of Approval (COA), or eligibility to obtain one
*2+ years in an operations or supervisory role
