An exciting opportunity exists to join a high-performing team in the commercial property sector. We are a market-leading operator delivering specialty property services across multiple property segments with a strong focus on leasing in the CBD and regional markets handling service agreements in the commercial property sector.

 

In this role, you will be exposed to leasing and dealing with a variety of landlords and stakeholders including leasing and property managers and private property owners.

 

Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have an excellent platform to develop quickly in a dynamic operating environment.

 

 

THE ROLE

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and lateral thinking Business Development Executive to be based in our Perth office. You will be working in a team that is responsible for business growth and retention of existing business.

 

 

You will be working in a supportive, hard-working, approachable and successful team, reporting to the Business Development Manager Perth, the primary objectives of this role are:

 

 

  • Identify, evaluate, recommend and pursue business opportunities for the business
  • Preparation and coordination of high-quality and accurate tender responses and quotations
  • Assist in due diligence materials to support leasing opportunities
  • Prepare and analyse business data
  • Preparation and production of market intelligence material
  • Building strong and lasting business relationships with clients and peers

 

 

You will gain a broad understanding and experience in the commercial property market with a particular focus on leasing and asset management.

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
