This role is pivotal to expanding Wilson Medic One’s presence in Western Australia. As a Business Development Manager, you will cultivate strategic relationships with a strong focus on patient transport services and healthcare training, positioning Wilson Medic One as the preferred provider for clinics, hospitals, government contracts, and aged care facilities.
A key aspect of success in this role involves understanding clinic requirements and working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of government-subsidised patient transport services and providing combined health care training offering.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in preparing and submitting tenders and quotations, collaborating with business partners to provide well-informed recommendations on service delivery strategies.
About the Role:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including patient transport services and training programs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs.
- Work closely with senior management to refine strategies to support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
ABOUT YOU:
- Extensive experience in the healthcare or allied health sectors, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management, driving growth and long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong systems and process-driven approach to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Ability to professionally represent Wilson Medic One to clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Clear, timely, and professional communication skills.
