The Client Services Manager ensures efficient site operations and client service delivery within budget, aligned with Wilson Security’s Vision and Business Strategy. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll provide leadership, resolve issues, and act as a key communication link between the Operations Team, clients, and site personnel.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of service performance, ensuring contractual and budgetary compliance.
- Manage, support and mentor a team of security officers .
- Act as the client contact for issue resolution and process improvement.
- Maintain regular meetings with clients and internal teams to monitor and enhance contract outcomes.
- Monitor compliance and training, ensuring contractual and policy adherence.
- Provide timely reporting and analysis of contract performance.
- End to end recruitment to ensure staffing levels are maintained providing for relief requirements
- Enforce safe work practices and compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience managing multi-site operations within the security industry
- Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.
- Effective communicator with a track record of providing clear direction to staff at all levels.
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities in complex, multi-tasking environments.
- Sound understanding of rostering, cost analysis, performance management, and HR principles.
- Advanced computer literacy, especially in Excel, MS Word
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client or account management.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in the security industry delivering comparable outcomes. (desirable)
- WA Security Licenses (desirable).
- Tertiary qualification in security, business, commerce, or a related discipline (advantageous).
