We are seeking an experienced Control Room Supervisor to manage and maintain the operations of a 24-hour control room for a busy site in the Perth CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in either the government or private sector.
As the Control Room Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations to ensure the control room runs efficiently and effectively. You will lead a team responsible for monitoring, incident response, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining a secure environment for our client, and you will be expected to provide expert guidance and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience supervising 24-hour control rooms, a deep understanding of the Gallagher System, and a current security licence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the operations of a 24-hour control room, ensuring all activities comply with security and operational standards
- Manage and support the control room team to achieve operational objectives
- Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and incident reporting using the Gallagher System
- Ensure prompt response to incidents and maintain accurate logs and reports
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and security protocols
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and communication
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to control room staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a 24-hour control room

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion
