ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Exposure to multiple sites across Perth and the CBD

  • Potential earnings up to $90000 (inclusive of generous overtime earnings) (*Potential earnings up to  $90000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

 

 

Wilson Security is expanding in Perth, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of Western Australia.  This growth has created new roles within our Perth team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Rover in corporate setting 
  • Excellent verbal & customer service skills
  • Display 24/7 Flexibility
  • Intermediate Computer Skills
  • Proven Experience in Conflict Resolution
  • Have full unlimited working rights in Australia
  • Greeting and directing tenants, contractors and members of the public
  • De-escalation scenarios and ensuring the safety of members of the public and staff
  • Executing directions from the client and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the contract
  • MUST be willing and able to work extra shifts when required
  • Incident report writing

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Current Western Australian Security License
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • Fully Vaccinated and willing to provide evidence
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and emergency services
  • Must have at least one to two plus years of Concierge experience
  • Ability to liaise with high profile clientele & people on all levels
  • Motivated, positive & self-starter attitude
  • Confidentiality – ability to keep sensitive information, confidential
  • Excellent communication, professional presentation and problem-solving skills
