About the role:

As a Corporate Rover, you’ll support multiple sites across our portfolio, stepping into key positions as needed. This role offers variety, responsibility, and exposure to different environments and clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Front-of-house concierge and access control
• Greeting and assisting tenants, contractors, and visitors
• Responding to incidents and emergency situations
• De-escalation and conflict resolution
• Writing clear and accurate incident reports
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Current WA Security Licence  
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Experience in corporate or concierge security (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and ability to engage with high-profile clients
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive mindset
• Availability to work a rotating roster (days/nights/weekends as required)
• Full working rights in Australia
