The Opportunity

We are seeking a Duty Manager/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Wilson Security. This full-time role offers a competitive $100K + super and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

·    Efficiently schedule and roster security personnel across multiple sites.

·        Manage and maintain workforce rosters, ensuring compliance with site requirements.

·        Ability to work between the hours of 5am and 9pm Monday to Friday,  with occasional shifts outside of these hours on weekends.

  • Initially based at our Rivervale office,  with the ability to travel to sites across the Perth region
  • Developing and auditing of site documentation
  • Supporting in day to day management of security service contracts

 

 

 

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

·    WA Security Licence

·    WA Drivers Licence

·    Proven experience in high volume scheduling and rostering

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

·        A thorough understanding of the Security Services Industry Award 

·        Proficiency in software applications and Microsoft Office.

·        A proactive approach to problem-solving and workforce planning.
