Reporting to the Training Manager, you will deliver nationally recognised training while developing learning resources, assessment tools and contributing to continuous improvement across our education programs.
This role is based in Belmont and includes occasional travel to regional and remote Western Australia.
Competitive salary from $105,000 plus superannuation, negotiable based on qualifications and experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training and assessment across accredited and non-accredited healthcare programs.
- Support learners to successfully complete their training.
- Maintain accurate training, assessment and student records.
- Develop and review learning and assessment resources.
- Participate in validation, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new healthcare education programs and delivery models.
- Work collaboratively with the Training, Clinical Services and Administration teams.
- Travel as required to metropolitan, regional and remote locations.
ABOUT YOU:
You are approachable, engaging and passionate about developing capable healthcare professionals. You enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in delivering high-quality training and assessment. You're just as happy delivering a class as you are developing resources, completing administration or improving the way we teach. You have a minimum of two years' clinical experience in a healthcare environment.
QUALIFICATION:
- Relevant clinical qualification in paramedicine, nursing or another health profession appropriate to the training being delivered.
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Current unrestricted C-class Driver’s License.
- Current Working with Children’s check.
- AHPRA Paramedic Registration highly regarded (where applicable).
