THE ROLE

 

We currently have a casual position for a Parking Enforcement Officer working on a rotating roster across the Perth area.

The position of Parking Enforcement Officer is responsible for delivering direct customer service as a first point of contact with external clients and as such requires a strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication and time management skills. 

You will undergo extensive training to provide exceptional customer service to the public, our clients and your colleagues. With your employment you will be equipped to perform the duties of parking enforcement in accordance with legislative and client requirements.

When you complete training, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Patrolling assigned areas on foot and or by motor vehicle
  • Issuing parking breach notices
  • Ensuring that all administrative and reporting requirements are completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Providing professional, accurate and timely customer service in response to queries from key clients and the public
  • Maintain parking equipment in a good condition and working order
  • Promptly report all incidents, hazards and risks in an accurate and timely manner

 

This role requires you to be flexible and available to work our operating hours, (including weekends and public holidays) 

 

Ideally you will have some leadership experience in retail, hospitality, maintenance or other service industries.  You must have a current Australian Drivers Licence and a clean driving record.

  • ability to obtain a national police clearance

To be considered for this role, you will also be required to complete the following:

  • National Police Check
  • Pre-Employment Medical Check (which may include drug & alcohol testing)
