RECEPTIONIST

Wilson Parking are seeking the services of an experienced, part time receptionist for their head office in the Perth CBD.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

· Providing high quality frontline customer service and support.

· Managing and ensuring a swift and outstanding service when resolving customer queries or issues.

· Answering calls, managing voicemail inbox, listen to voicemails and ensure all phone calls are returned in a timely manner.

· Part time role, 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday)

To be successful, the following skills, qualities and experiences are required:

· Excellent Planning and organization skills

· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)

· Ability to prioritize different tasks

· Personable, helpful, resilient personality

· Working within a team environment.

To be considered for this role, you will also be required to complete a National Police Clearance
