Relief Control Room Operators

Wilson Security present an exciting opportunity to join our local security workforce by applying for a position as a Control Room Security Officer, in Perth WA.

We are seeking multiple experienced Control Room Operators to work in our Mobile Patrol Portfolio. You MUST be available and flexible to work day and night shifts.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

· Location: East Perth

· Full Time Relief Positions – Control Room / mobile patrols

· Hourly rate + Night shift allowance

· Potential earnings up to $90 000 (*Potential earnings up to $90 000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

 

This position is a leadership role and is essential part of the operational team on a large government contract. This offers the opportunity to work as part of a highly motivated team supported by the dedicated contract manager.

 

THE POSITION

We are seeking experienced Operators who have experience in a control room environment, who are motivated and professional to meet our client's requirements.

We have Control Room Operator roles available on a casual and full-time basis

As a Security Operator you must have outstanding personal presentation and customer service skills. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

· Providing high quality frontline customer service and support

· Monitor and respond to Security alarm system activations

· Multi-tasking

· Understand how to diagnose faults and find a suitable solution

· Clear communication skills

· Problem solving skills

· Risk identification and issue resolution

· General security duties including administration tasks

· Working within a team environment

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certification within the following areas:

· Hold current WA Security Licence and First Aid Certificate.

· Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster

· Previous Control Room/ Monitoring Centre Experience is essential

· Experience in using access control systems

· Security alarm system knowledge

· Confident Interpersonal and Communication skills (written and verbal)

· Excellent Customer Service Skills

· Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills

· Professional Personal Presentation

· Have full working rights in Australia
