ABOUT THE ROLE:

· Location:  2 x Premium Shopping Centres, South of the River

· Permanent Part Time opportunity

· 6-hour shifts

· Potential earnings up to $50,000 (*Potential earnings up to $50000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

· SSIA Level 4

Wilson Security is expanding in Western Australia, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in a part time Security Retail role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client

· Greeting customers, visitors and other stakeholders who attend the centre in a professional manner

·Assist with general enquiries

· Guard, patrol, monitor and control assigned premises

· Build and maintain effective relationships with relevant staff

· Maintain relevant registers

· Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification

· Responding to emergency situations

· Ad-hoc duties

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· Experience in retail / shopping centre security

· Must have full working rights and availability

· Must have a WA Security Licence

· Ability to work well in a team or autonomously

· Must be neat and well presented

· Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports

· Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)

· Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods

· Crowd Control endorsement

· Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
