ABOUT THE ROLE:
•    Prestigious Perth CBD Portfolio: Based at a flagship Perth CBD asset, with responsibility for both on-site leadership and remote oversight of up to seven additional retail assets
•    Full-Time Leadership Role: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, offering consistency and work life balance
•    Competitive Remuneration: $115,000 + Superannuation, with annual performance and salary reviews

Wilson Security is seeking a Security Manager to oversee site operations at a flagship corporate site located in Perth’s CBD. The new Manager will also be tasked with remotely managing up to 7 retail assets. 
As the Security Manager overseeing multiple assets, you will be responsible for the overall safety, security, and compliance of each site. The role includes managing and assisting with the rostering of security staff, ensuring consistent service delivery across all locations, liaising with clients and stakeholders, responding to and investigating incidents, and implementing site-specific security procedures. You will also conduct audits and inspections, manage training and performance, address risks and vulnerabilities, and ensure the team operates in line with contractual, legal, and organisational requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Oversee the Operational management of all personnel delivering services at the Corporate Facility.
•    Implement security directives and ensure compliance.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders.
•    Manager administrative tasks while meeting regulatory and contractual site KPI requirements.
•    Plan, organise and direct daily operational and administrative activities while introducing proactive measures to enhance security personnel performance.
•    Maintain and update site documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Skills Matrix’s, and Assignment Instructions.
•    Manage and oversee the performance and operational responsibilities of all allocated staffing while following internal escalation policies

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
•    Previous management experience in a similar role including the Management of a medium to large sized teams.
•    Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain security documentation (Standard Operating Procedures etc.)
•    A valid security license and first aid/CPR certification.
•    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
•    Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Proficiency in IT and computer systems including an intermediate level of Microsoft Office
•    A professional and well-presented demeanour at all times.
•    Certificate III in Security Operations (Leadership Course - CPP31318) is highly regarded.
