THE POSITION
Wilson Security is seeking a Security Manager to oversee operations at a corporate site located in Perth’s CBD. This is a full-time position under the SSIA framework. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
· Oversee the operational management of all personnel delivering services at the corporate facility.
· Implement security directives and ensure compliance.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders.
· Manage administrative tasks while meeting regulatory and contractual site KPI requirements.
· Plan, organize, and direct daily operational and administrative activities while introducing proactive measures to enhance security personnel performance.
· Maintain and update site documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Skills Matrix’s, and Assignment Instructions.
· Manage and oversee the performance and operational responsibilities of all allocated staffing while following internal escalation policies
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have:
· Previous management experience in a similar role including the Management of a small to medium sized team.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain security documentation (Standard Operating Procedures etc.)
· A valid security license and first aid/CPR certification.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in IT and computer systems including an intermediate level of Microsoft Office
· A professional and well-presented demeanour at all times.
· Certificate III in Security Operations (Leadership Course - CPP31318) is highly regarded.
