The Training and Compliance Manager will oversee the daily operations of Wilson Medic One’s RTO, ensuring all training programs meet industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements while supporting the organisation’s growth objectives. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing training delivery, maintaining compliance with ASQA and VET standards, expanding course offerings, leading a team of educators, and fostering strong client relationships to drive growth. The successful candidate will ensure training services remain strategically aligned with industry needs while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development & Growth
- Drive revenue growth by securing new opportunities in healthcare, patient transport, and training.
- Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and aged care providers.
- Position Medic One as the preferred provider of transport and training solutions.
- Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and expand services.
- Retain and grow existing business through renewals and strong client engagement.
Strategic Leadership & Reporting
- Operate independently in line with company strategy, driving growth initiatives.
- Report on revenue, business development activity, and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with senior management to refine strategies and set performance goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and strengthen partnerships.
- Use client feedback and market insights to improve services.
Tenders, Proposals & Presentations
- Lead preparation of tenders, proposals, and presentations.
- Work with operations and finance to deliver accurate, competitive submissions.
- Stay current with tender processes and funding requirements.
ABOUT YOU:
- Extensive experience in healthcare training and RTO management.
- In-depth knowledge of VET compliance and regulatory standards.
- Proven track record of driving growth and expanding training programs.
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Skilled in budget management and achieving financial targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and contribute to organisational direction.
- Effective negotiator with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Process-driven with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business technologies.
- Professional communicator, able to represent Wilson Medic One with credibility across the industry.
