We are currently hiring a Parking Enforcement Officer for our site in Canberra.

  • Permanent full-time - 5 days a week (including alternative weekend shifts), shifts 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm.
  • Casual - the standard hours will usually be 3 pm - 8 pm, 3 days per week, with the ability to pick up additional shifts when available.

 

The primary objective of this role is to act as a Parking Enforcement Officer of your designated precinct. You will join a small team and be supported by great management.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Act as a parking enforcement officer of your designated car parks.
  • Promote and maintain a consistent focus on the delivery of outstanding customer service for the public.
  • Ability to resolve basic hardware faults.
  • Some understanding around WHS (desirable)

 

ABOUT YOU:

 

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday
  • Full working rights and Drivers Licence
  • Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot machines when required (training will be provided)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police History check
