- Shifts: 8Hrs/3 Shifts Per Day/7 days a week
- Car Park Award rates – level 2
The primary objective of this role is to act as a Car Park Officer of your designated precinct. You will join a small team and be supported with great management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling customer enquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Respond to calls and customer enquiries within established KPIs.
- Assist customers with parking fees, lost tickets, payment issues, equipment faults, and vehicle-related enquiries.
- Accurately record, report, and escalate incidents, equipment faults, and non-conformances as required.
- Process cashiering transactions and maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Safely receive, park, store, retrieve, and present customer vehicles in accordance with valet procedures.
- Assess vehicle storage requirements and ensure vehicles are securely parked and keys are managed appropriately.
- Complete incident reports, manual transaction records, and any additional reporting as required.
- Adhere to all operational procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance, wear the required uniform, and attend rostered shifts punctually.
ABOUT YOU:
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Availability to work Monday-Sunday
- Full working rights and Drivers Licence
- Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to troubleshoot machines when required (training will be provided)
