ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

Wilson Parking provides car parking and valet services to Australia’s premier Airport, Sydney Airport and the dynamic nature of the Airport has resulted in additional casual and permanent roles for car park attendants being available immediately.

 

  • LOCATION – MASCOT NSW
  • SALARY – LEVEL 2 CAR PARK AWARD
  • SHIFTS – 5AM – 1PM & 1PM – 11:30PM ROTATING SHIFTS (MONDAY – SUNDAY)
  • CASUAL & FULL-TIME OPPORTUNTIES AVAILABLE
  • TRAINING PROVIDED
  • PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE

 

JOB SUMMARY:

In these fast-paced positions, you'll have the opportunity to assist visitors through Sydney Airport as the first and last point of contact for their journey.

 

We are looking for enthusiastic team members to provide outstanding customer service to become part of our Sydney Airport Team.

 

Positions are suitable for applicants seeking full time or casual employment. Due to increased demand during school holiday periods, university students, teachers, and semi-retired applicants are also encouraged to apply.

 

There are various roles which may require applicants to:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests
  • Assisting customers with luggage
  • Park customer vehicles safely and securely.
  • Issuing valet tickets
  • Using computers to check in and check out customers vehicles
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Undertake car park patrols (on foot or using a patrol vehicle)
  • Assisting with minor equipment repairs (following appropriate training)
  • Moving and placing of traffic cones and bollards
  • Completing basic reports and forms
  • Answering intercom calls based on preset scripts and protocols
  • Directing vehicles and pedestrians within car parks
  • Auxiliary cleaning

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Unrestricted NSW driver’s licence. 
  • Previous experience in a customer service role delivering excellent service is highly desirable.
  • The ability to be flexible and available to work on weekends.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company.
