As our Digital Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Wilson Parking's digital customer experience. Working closely with the GM Channels & Products, you'll lead initiatives that attract new customers, convert digital visitors into loyal users, and create seamless experiences across Spott and our growing suite of digital products.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll use customer insights, data and personalisation to optimise the end-to-end digital journey, increase digital adoption and drive customer engagement. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies to grow Wilson Parking's customer base across web, app and digital channels.
- Optimise customer acquisition funnels and improve conversion from anonymous visitors to registered users across Spott and other digital platforms.
- Own and enhance the end-to-end digital customer journey, delivering seamless user experiences that increase engagement, conversion and repeat usage.
- Design and deliver personalised customer lifecycle campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, retention and re-engagement.
- Leverage CRM, marketing technology and customer insights to deliver data-driven, personalised digital experiences.
- Partner with Product, Data, Commercial and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, optimise performance and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor digital performance, customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness, using insights and experimentation to drive continuous improvement and commercial growth.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience in digital growth, performance marketing, customer experience or digital optimisation.
- Demonstrated success driving customer acquisition, conversion and digital engagement through data-driven strategies.
- Strong experience with conversion funnel optimisation, A/B testing, experimentation, and web or app analytics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, MarTech and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
- Commercially focused, with the ability to translate digital initiatives into measurable business and revenue outcomes.
- Highly analytical with a passion for using customer insights, data and AI tools to optimise performance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years' experience in digital marketing, customer growth or a related field.
