Reporting to the Senior Performance Manager, the Field Quality Assurance Analyst ensures accuracy in car park operations nationwide through on-site audits and remote data reviews. This fly-in, fly-out role requires strong data analysis skills, independence, and keen attention to detail.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Conduct physical site inspections to ensure a positive customer experience and compliance with company policies.

·       Analyse sales and system data to detect irregularities and enhance remote audit reviews.

·       Map commercial contract terms against current operations to identify gaps.

·       Prepare and present audit findings to senior management with actionable insights.

·       Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Revenue teams to deliver a full operational view.

·       Recommend process improvements to reduce data errors and improve audit efficiency.

·       Maintain clear documentation of audit methods and priorities.

·       Travel interstate regularly for in-person audits; must hold a valid driver’s licence and vehicle.

·       Stay current with industry best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

·       Support the Senior Performance Manager in achieving 100% data accuracy across the portfolio.

·       Uphold company values, ensure health and safety, and meet compliance requirements.

·       Engage in personal development reviews and complete assigned tasks as needed.

ABOUT YOU:

·       2–4 years' experience in data analysis, audit, accounting, or quality assurance, ideally in property, transport, retail, or hospitality.

·       Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI.

·       Comfortable working in the field with a strong grasp of physical environments.

·       Experience in stakeholder management, internal partnering, and reporting.

·       Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

        QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
