ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Sydney, NSW
- Level 3 Car Park Award
- Permanent full-time: 5 days a week (including alternative weekend shifts), shifts 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm.
- Casual: Standard hours are typically 3 pm - 8 pm, 3 days per week, with opportunities for additional shifts when available.

We are currently hiring 1 Manager on Duty (MOD) for our sites in NSW. This role works closely with the NSW Operations team to provide exceptional customer service in the field, maintain site safety, and conduct regular health checks on car park equipment to ensure optimal performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct mobile patrols and complete equipment breakdown reports.
- Perform site health checks, safety inspections, and event responses.
- Provide high-level customer service and assist patrons professionally and courteously.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state, and federal legislative requirements across all sites.
- Monitor traffic management, ensuring smooth flow and minimising issues.
- Maintain operational continuity, troubleshoot equipment, and resolve technical faults (training provided).
- Submit timely and accurate reports, including incident logs and service reports.
- Drive safely and comply with Wilson’s vehicle safety standards.
ABOUT YOU:
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions.
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Drivers Licence and full working rights.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility for weekend shifts.
- Ability to troubleshoot machines (training will be provided).
- Willingness to complete a National Police History Check.
- Experience in a technical or car park operations role is a bonus.
