ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our car park operations are safe, efficient, and meet the highest standards of service. This field-based position offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact every day. This role works closely with the NSW Operations team to provide exceptional customer service in the field, maintain site safety, troubleshoot and resolve technical faults, and conduct regular health checks on car park equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Casual role: full-time hours.
- Shifts 07:00 to 15:30 and from 15:00 - 23:00
- Will need to be available for occasional overnight shifts as operationally required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular mobile patrols and report on equipment performance and breakdowns.
- Perform on-site health and safety checks, inspections, and respond promptly to events and incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a variety of car park equipment (training provided).
- Deliver professional and courteous assistance to customers and patrons on-site.
- Ensure all activities comply with Wilson Parking’s policies, as well as state and federal legislative requirements.
- Monitor and manage traffic flow within sites to minimise disruptions.
- Maintain accurate and timely records including service reports, incident logs, run sheet and compliance documentation.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles in accordance with Wilson’s vehicle safety standards and procedures.
ABOUT YOU:
- Technically inclined and eager to learn (full training provided).
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer first mindset.
- Comfortable working independently, self-starter and manages time effectively.
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Holds a valid driver’s licence and full working rights.
- Ability to work Monday – Sunday.
