Join the Strategic Marketing Team of a leading household brand, focusing on B2B marketing, brand positioning, and employee engagement to drive customer perception and engagement across the Wilson Parking portfolio.
Using Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation, and digital channels, you’ll execute the Communications strategy while collaborating with PR agencies, product, operations, and customer care teams to ensure effective internal and external messaging.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand
- Drive brand perception and engagement through internal and external communications.
- Ensure consistent application of Wilson Parking Australia’s brand across all channels.
Communications
- Develop and execute direct communications for B2B clients using marketing automation and digital channels.
- Manage internal communications, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
- Oversee Wilson Parking’s social and digital channels for B2B marketing.
- Work with external agencies to support the communications strategy.
Community Engagement
- Manage national partnerships to strengthen community relationships.
Infrastructure & Tools
- Oversee content and enhancements for Wilson Parking and child brand websites.
- Optimize Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to deliver effective campaigns.
- Maintain reporting mechanisms and coordinate with third parties on system requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage and influence stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to SLT and ELT reporting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including data privacy and marketing communications.
- Monitor industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring business alignment.
- Uphold and model company values and policies.
ABOUT YOU:
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on B2B Marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
- Strong professional presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in managing annual marketing and communications budgets.
- Experience in managing third-party suppliers and external relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels and business units.
- High level of confidentiality, administrative, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with or experience in Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, EpiServer, or similar CMS and marketing automation tools.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
